Our apartment blocks are convenient for disabled people: good-passengers elevators are communicating and lifts down to entry vestibule.

Three-layer concrete panels are produced as specified by GOST 31310-2005, GOST 13015-2003 and consist of:
Panel 10-staired apartment blocks with cross supporting walls.
The project report provides 1,2-roomed apartments with the total area from 38m2 to 71,5m2. There are 210 apartments in total. 120 are 1-roomed, 90 are 2-roomed.
An apartment has a hall with a kitchen right around the corner.
Rooms of a 1-roomed flat have area not less than 14m2. You can't walk through the rooms. Kitchens are not less than 8m2.
The enter to the apartment block will be equipped with ramps. The building provides crawl space for utility service stacking. Exits to the roof are from stairs through the door. The building has a warm solar.
Slaughterhouse productivity is 6000 per hour. The carcass mass is 1,4kg. Operating mode: 2 shifts,8 hours each.
Hatching house section provides 33 million of eggs per year and is situated in south-western side of Lapsary section of LLC “Agriholding “Yurma”.

The total area is more than 275 hectares.
“Sadoviy” includes 5 residential areas “2”, “3”, “3A”, “4”, “A”, developing residential area “5”, prospective - social and business area “1”, residential areas - “B”, “E”, “6”, “7”, “8” and social – park areas.
The concept of “Sadoviy” is based on graded organization of town-planning field of a new level, community services arrangement at a walking distance, green areas preservation and urban improvement. Functional – designed organization of the area foresees external fabric-axes preservation and highway organization along which there are residential areas.
Urban improvement in floodplain of Sugutka is specified in the project report and there will be infrastructure there: sports center, shops, park and play halls.
The high quality of life is provided by utility services building.
There is an idea of a comfortable life under the conditions of pure nature in the basement of residential area “Sadoviy”.
TThere are designed high-rise buildings with 5 to 25 stairs, kindergartens and schools, sports centres that allows to make residential area's own infrastructure at a walking distance from the apartment block.
Wide avenues with high-rise buildings with inbuilt shops, covered pedestrian areas match well with low-rise street buildings in Italian and English style and make a modern and comfortable look of the district. Yards are good for placing needed areas for residential landscaping: recreation areas, playgrounds, sport areas and public utility sites, parking lots.
The obvious advantage of “Sadoviy” is its location , developed infrastructure and modern construction technologies. There is an embankment of Sugutka at a walking distance – loved by citizens recreation area. On the ground floors there are inbuilt service facilities.

The area of OJSCO “Kontur” includes shopping, entertainment, sports centers, cinemas, hotel and office bulks linked with atrium.
Buying products for satisfying food, clothes and housing needs is the minimum and needed elements of life quality sustention.

You don't need even a half of the day for shopping. But if you go shopping and have fun at the same time, such a day won't end only with bought items but with sense of satisfaction because you had a wonderful day.
The school is for 1650 pupils. In each class there are not more than 25 pupils.
Special arrangement of a building follows optimal educational orientation and location. The school building has 2 bulks joined with warm corridors on the first floor: educational bulk has a complex shape with 2 yards and a separate sports and health center.
Educational bulk is a building variable number of floors 62,2*132,1m in gridlines, 17,4m in height. The bulk has 3 sections in its construction: primary school, maintenance department, high school.
Sports and health center is a 2-staired building with 119,6*24,4m in gridlines and 13,2m in height. The bulk has a 25m swimming pool, gym, physical therapy class, school shooting gallery.
There are elevators in the bulks for disabled people.
Outstanding feature of the main streets of “Sadoviy” district is a “super hall” that links apartment blocks into a single covered pedestrian area with service facilities.
Occupants and district guests will definitely like the area organization.
Japanese specialists from “BAN international inc” worked out the conception of Sadoviy district, townhouse village “Serebryaniy”, reconstruction under “Kontur” shopping center.

Italian specialist of “S.J.S. ENGINeering Srl” designed the project of apartment block of higher level in Italian style.
Outstanding feature of the project is increase of daylight that is reached by complex balcony construction.
Entrance floor has parking space. The ground floor has commercial space. Apartments with open planning are on the 2nd and 4th floors.
This project was designed in terms of modern high level housing requirements.
